The team at Complete Weddings + Events, the nations largest special events service provider, is looking for an operations manager. This is a full time position as we are growing quickly. The candidate selected will play a key part in the success of team members for their events by helping them grow and be prepared for their events. They must be trained as a DJ and photo booth operator, familiar with all equipment and able to take charge of an event. In addition, this person will help coordinate projects inside and outside for the company, with administrative support as needed. This position requires experience, a strong aptitude for management, a high level of organizational skills and a keen sense of time management.
What are we looking for?
â€¢ Prepping Equipment for assuring quality equipment is utilized at each event.
â€¢ Working with the team for assuring that all team members have been assigned for upcoming events and are ready to be Awesome.
â€¢ Get stuff done.
â€¢ Reviewing incoming client feedback and following up as necessary with the direction of the General Manager.
â€¢ Believes in having fun.
â€¢ Responsible for co-conducting regular staff meetings.
â€¢ Gets upset when excuses are given.
â€¢ Understanding of professional audio and lighting. If running the 8-channel mixer at church is stressful, please don’t apply.
â€¢ Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues. Understand that quickly means QUICKLY–you won’t have time to Google it!
â€¢ Eat pressure and high-intensity situations for breakfast.
